BEFORE YOU ORDER

[ IMPORTANT ] Order Processing Time


  • Two (2) working days (excluding public holidays) are required to process your orders and our friendly customer service will contact you to confirm your orders and schedules.
  • For all online orders, you will be billed directly on the website and YOLO Group will be the name of the company that appears on your payment records.
  • All online orders for YOLO Meal Plan and YOLO Mart made after 12.00pm on Mondays through Thursdays will be processed on the next business working day.
  • YOLO Meal Plan and YOLO Mart orders received after 12.00pm on Friday will have the following Tuesday as the earliest delivery day available. However, if a Public Holiday falls on Monday, then the order will be out for delivery on a Wednesday.




What happens after a Meal Plan order is placed?


Once you place your order for your YOLO Meal Plan, you will receive two emails:

  1. Order Notification
  2. Delivery Dates (it can sometimes land in your spam) to fill out your order dates if you opted for any orders spanning 10 or more days.




I received my food. Now what?


All our meals are ready to be consumed and we recommend reheating the food (other than salads) for 2-3 minutes depending on your preference.

  • You are still able to do offline orders at our outlets for in-store prepped food




Is YOLO Halal?


Yes, we are certified HALAL by the Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura (Muis). Our certification number is C17403.





DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

What sort of requests do you accept?


We can accept the following requests:

  • No beef / lamb
  • No seafood
  • No spicy food / chilis
  • No nuts
  • No dairy
  • Take out one specific vegetable or food ingredient you do not like (if more than one, please let us know so we can discuss with you further on your dietary requirements)




What sort of requests that you don't accept?


While we strive to ensure we meet your dietary requirements, we seek your understanding as we are unable to acceed to the following requests:

  • Vegan Meal Plans (we do have a Vegetarian option as an alternative)
  • No onion / garlic / ginger
  • Numerous food ingredients you cannot eat
  • Customise plans based on your macros, or multiple foods you do not want to eat




How frequently do you change your menu?


  • Our menu is curated on a 2 week cycle basis.
  • The menu will be sent to you by email once every 2 weeks.
  • You can also check out the menu here.




Can my meals be customised?


Except for the in-store Build Your Own (BYO) Bowls, we do not cater to customised orders for YOLO Food, YOLO Meal Plan, or YOLO Mart.




Do you provide Atkins, Keto or Vegan plans?


Aside from our existing Meal Plan options, we currently do not have any plans that fit other dietary requirements but we will keep those in mind for our future plans. Subscribe to our newsletter to get updates on new menus or plans that may suit your lifestyle.
